I am organising my son’s birthday party soon and am wondering what to do for it. It will be his first proper party as he is at school now and I want to make sure that he has good parties. I remember having good parties when I was little, playing some fun games, having lovely fairy cakes and crisps and generally everything good! I want to make sure that he has some great memories too and so I am looking at party supplies to get some ideas. I think that I will host the party in my house and ask a small selection of his closest friends over. I will do typical party food, pizza and fairy cakes with cheese sandwiches, grapes, tomatoes, carrot sticks and of course a birthday cake. I will get some novelty hats for the children and grown - ups as I think that will be a lot of fun. I will need prizes for the games as well as things to put in the party bags that they take home with them. When I was little you just got a bit of cake to take home but now you need all sorts of party products such as little toys, sweets and games. I am sure I can come up with something fun!
